FRIDAY -McRae Meet-n-Greet
Welcoming social, Meet & Greet and Café’ McRae (Family Fish Fry and other seafood items at the hotel)
Fee $20 for adults Fee $8 for children over 4
*Dave and Buster’s will be on your own however we may establish a group of family members going over during the evening. *

Option 1 -Washington, DC Boat Cruise Luncheon
Fee per Adult = $51
Fee per Child = $26 (children 3-12yrs)
Information: 9:30am Depart PROMPTLY!!!! We are sailing on the Potomac River with the fabulous Spirit Cruises for their lunch cruise. While dining, there will be live entertainment including a tour of DC’s historic harbor. The cruise is $51.00 per adult and $26 for children 3-12yrs. Option 2 - “Tour of Washington”
Cost TBD-There will be a nominal fee for bus transportation to and from the hotel for both events.
9:30am-Depart PROMPTLY!!!.
This tour includes: The National Mall and Memorial Park (National Mall, Washington Monument , Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, and Vietnam Veterans Memorial). Also visit the Air and Space Museum. The tour and the museum are free but there may be a cost for transportation/parking.
Note: There will be a nominal fee for bus transportation to and from the hotel for both events.
3:45pm Bus will leave PROMPTLY for the hotel. PLEASE BE ADVISED anyone late will have to return to the hotel on their own.
Please include the amount of family members planning to attend this option for a head count.

Option 3 - “Lets Go Shopping”
Cost = Free
*Take the hotel shuttle bus to the Arundel Mills outlet mall that houses over 220 stores.
SUNDAY - Barbeque
Family Barbeque - Immediately after Praise and Worship
Fee per Adult = $20
Fee per Child = $ 8 (children 3-12yrs.)
INCLUDES: Barbeque on Sunday after worship service

Early registration: Sending in the enclosed forms with your package selection and payments. The cut off date is March 31, 2010. Early registrants will receive a special prize so get yours in!!!
Registrations Due: April 30, 2010
Late registration: For planning purposes registrations must be received by May 31, 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS!!! No one will be able to register for this event if their information is received after this date!

Your money will go directly to the Treasurer - Emma Brown.
Paypal will send an email that your payment was recieved and the Treasurer will also send a
confirmation email for the Package/Color you have paid for.
At the registration table at the Reunion you will receive your color ticket corresponding to your package.

up to a $5.00 fee is incorporated at check-out (in the form of shipping) for your convenience).
In your cart you will be able to state the number of persons for child and for Adults
Directions:
Click the button below each package, Use the drop down menu to choose the package for adult. Then click on continue shopping if you need to add for children. In your cart you will be allowed to add for the specific amount of Adults and Children in each package. Ex 2 adults and 2 children. Update your cart after you select the amount of adults or child. Paypal will add your cart items for you. Once you have checked your cart and are finished with shopping; click proceed to check out.
Once you proceed to check out, paypal will ask you to set up an account (free) and will walk you through the steps.
The Paypal payment buttons are under each of the package descriptions for your convenience. Please choose according to what your family wants to participate. You are allowed to mix and match, just be sure you have signed up for all the activities you want to participate in.
