PACKAGE A -FULL WEEKEND

COST per Adult = $141 (Option A- Adult)

COST per Child $70   (Option A- Child) for children 3-12yrs

 

INCLUDES:  All Activities.  Friday night McRae Café and fish fry$20, Saturday lunch boat cruise $51 and banquet $50, and Sunday’s family barbeque $20. This fee does not include any expenses at Dave and Busters.

PACKAGE B - “SATURDAY ACTIVITIES/BANQUET AND SUNDAY COOK-OUT”

COST per Adult = $120 (Option B- Adult) 

COST per Child =   $60  (Option B- Child) for children 3-12yrs

 

INCLUDES: Activities on Saturday: The lunch boat cruise $51 and the Banquet $50.  Barbeque on Sunday$20

Excluding Café McRae/Fish Fry on Friday

Early registration:  Sending in the enclosed forms with your package selection and payments.  The cut off date is March 31, 2010.  Early registrants will receive a special prize so get yours in!!!
 
Registrations Due: April 30, 2010
 
 Late registration: For planning purposes registrations must be received by May 31, 2010 NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  No one will be able to register for this event if their information is received after this date!

Your money will go directly to the Treasurer - Emma Brown.

Paypal will send an email that your payment was recieved and the Treasurer will also send a

confirmation email for the Package/Color you have paid for.

At the registration table at the Reunion you will receive your color ticket corresponding to your package.

 

(Please note Paypal charges us a fee to do this transaction. 

 up to a $5.00 fee is incorporated at check-out (in the form of shipping) for your convenience).

 In your cart you will be able to state the number of persons for child and for Adults

 

Directions:

Click the button below each package, Use the drop down menu to choose the package for adult. Then click on continue shopping if you need to add for children. In your cart you will be allowed to add for the specific amount of Adults and Children in each package. Ex 2 adults and 2 children.  Update your cart after you select the amount of adults or child.  Paypal will add your cart items for you. Once you have checked your cart and are finished with shopping; click proceed to check out.

 

Once you proceed to check out, paypal will ask you to set up an account (free) and will walk you through the steps. 

The Paypal payment buttons are under each of the package descriptions for your convenience.  Please choose according to what your family wants to participate.  You are allowed to mix and match, just be sure you have signed up for all the activities you want to participate in.
